I got my second shot nearly 24 hours ago and I don't notice anything except a minor sore arm when I try to raise my shoulder and move it around. So, if I was playing tennis, it might actually bother me. Otherwise, the runny nose I had the 1st time around hasn't been much of an issue, which leads me to believe the runny nose had more to do with staying in a hotel than the shot.
