--Buddy Landel def. Dare Bergeron in 6:43 by submission after a figure four leglock. (C-, 54)

Pre Show Match
--Ray Candy and Leroy Brown def. Terry Taylor and Porkchop Cash in 7:21 by pnfall after a Candy splash on Taylor. (C+, 69)

--Junkyard Dog comes out for an interview with Lance Russell with the new CWA World Title belt around his waist. JYD thanks the fans for helping him win the world title. He says it was about time the belt was taken from that ‘bald-headed maniac’, Buzz Sawyer. (A+, 100)

--Wendell Cooley def. The Spoiler in 7:56 by pinfall following a Wildcat Slam. (B-, 74)

--A backstage camera catches the Super Destroyers beating down ‘Dr. Death’ Steve Williams. A figure emerges from the shadows as the Super Destroyers stop what they are doing and step back. A debuting Barry Windham helps Williams up to his feet. (B-, 75)

--Lance Russell tells the TV audience that all TV title matches will have a 10-minute time limit. (B-, 73)

CWA Television Title Match
--Bobby Eaton def. Troy Graham in 6:03 by pinfall following an Alabama Jam. (B-, 76) After the match, Rick Rude comes out and taunts Eaton, saying that Eaton was lucky to have pinned him in the TV tournament semifinals. Rude said it is just a matter of time before the title belongs to him or someone in the First Family. (C+, 68) Eaton makes his first defense of the TV title.

--Lance Russell calls out the newest CWA signing, Barry Windham. Windham says he is in CWA to face the best wrestlers in the world. He says he’s been keeping up with things in CWA and he is tired of the Super Destroyers sneak attacking people. He challenges Super Destroyer 2 to a match later on and tells Russell that he will be hanging around near the ring so there will be no interference in the next match. (B, 82)

--’Dr. Death’ Steve Williams def. Sabu the Wildman in 6:40 by pinfall following an Oklahoma Stampede. (B-, 75)

--Jim Cornette comes out for an interview with the Midnight Express in close tow. Cornette tells Lance Russell about the unfair treatment the Cornette Dynasty has received. He says that the Midnight Express should be tag team champions. Russell reminds him of Dennis Condrey’s overconfidence after he pinned Morton. Cornette calls Russell a stupid man as he and the Express walk off. (B-, 72)

--The Fabulous Ones come out with the new CWA tag team belts around their waist and to a mixed greeting from the fans. Stan Lane and Steve Keirn call out the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express. Lane tells Morton that he’s not sorry for the kick to the jaw because he had to come up with the best way to pin Dennis Condrey and says that Morton would have done the same thing. Lane offers his hand to Morton and Morton shakes but doesn’t let go. Morton tells Lane and Keirn not to get too comfortable with the belts as Robert Gibson pulls Morton away. (B+, 88)

CWA World Tag Team Title Match
--The Fabulous Ones def. The Barbarian and Meng by disqualification in 9:09 after interference from the Midnight Express. (B, 81) The four beat down the Fabulous Ones with the crowd expecting help from the back that never came. (B, 80) The Fabs make their 1st defense of the world tag team titles.

--Buzz Sawyer comes out with Jimmy Hart and gives a wild, rambling promo about how the world title should be around his waist right now and he should be given an immediate rematch. (A+, 100)

--Buzz Sawyer w/Jimmy Hart def. Jerry Stubbs in 10:48 by pinfall after a diving splash. (B, 82) Buzz continued to intensely beat down Stubbs after the match. (A, 91)

--Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee come out with a tennis racket and waving a cloth. Lawler and Dundee hype their win over Randy Savage and Manny Fernandez two nights ago. They say that if Cornette needs his tennis racket, he is welcome to it any time. (A+, 100)

--Barry Windham def. Super Destroyer in 17:15 by pinfall after a Superplex. (B, 79)
