Haven't posted since 11/12/06, oops. I haven't been true to my diet (no sugar, but have had white flour). I'm still going to the gym 3 times a week, and went jogging yesterday... boy was that killer! My legs aren't as sore as the first time I did it, but it felt good. I will probably do that a few times this week on top of the gym:

Starting weight (09/09/06): 194.4
Previous Weight (11/12/06): 186.2
Current Weight (12/18/06): 187.8
Total loss: - 6.6 lbs
Loss needed to reach desired goal: 62.8 lbs.

Yup, I gained a little over a pound in a month; I'm pretty sure it's muscle because I'm starting to see definition on my legs, so I don't feel completely bad about it.

Ksyrup, you're freaking awesome man! So are there any before/after pics?
