Weight - didn't weigh myself
Workouts - (1 hour) Just weights (-484) and Zumba (-634)
Tomorrow I'm gonna double up again: Zumba and Body Combat. I'm really looking forward to Body Combat because it's a new release . There's this move that's gonna be totally ridiculous... it's like you're on the ground walking like a komodo dragon. Crazy stuff.
