I'm making a little rule change here. Two reasons -- one, I'm not trying to penalize people for having real-life issues, the vote penalty is really meant to weed out people who aren't playing at all, and two, I didn't think about what a killer it would be to have a one-vote penalty with only three people in Hades. So I'm changing the rule so that the one-vote penalty will not apply until there are six people in Hades.
