I have a question on personal achievements in Strava. When it says I got a PR on 1 mile, does that mean the first mile, or any mile-long stretch in your route where your pace was the fastest?

It says I got a PR of 15:03 on 1 mile when my first mile was just a warmup mile (17:14), way off a PR pace.
