Normally it would just be a loss for the platform -- but the order was prepaid. Nobody, including the support system, can get ahold of them or figure out what's going on.

If you're going to scam somebody, you don't do it by paying for a fake order ahead of time. What do I do now, thank them for being an idiot? If you're going to scam somebody, do it right. Don't do it in a way that mostly just rips yourself off.

My friend got 12 bottles of (cheap)wine the other day. It's likely that the person ordered to the wrong address or something. free food is a great fringe benefit obviously.
