Surgery complete, patient in recovery now. Wife went through the procedure fine, everything according to plan, nothing unexpected. Likely 2 night hospital stay, then we wait 7-10 days for the lab reports to come back and dictate whatever followup treatment/care is indicated.
Basically the best news today could give us: no surprises
