And that part is fine by me. Just to be clear, best I can tell none of this is the kid's fault so I'm not dinging him about it (nor did I really ding CMR very for the "Saint Mark" narrative that I always felt took on a life of its own too). I don't have anything more against SB than I do any other player who happens to wear that jersey.
It's one of my pet peeves in life, not just sports. When the story is good enough on its own, why fuck it up with outlandish revisions?
