Follow Linus Wilson and PS5 Stock Alerts on Twitter, join the PS5 reddit discord and hang out in the PS5-Orders channel, and be prepared for a lot of frustration. Sony's been a disaster with this launch and Microsoft has only been slightly better.
That's my suggestions for a PS5 (obviously). I'm not sure about XBX specifically, but Linus Wilson does cover those drops and the XBX drops are usually mentioned in the PS5 discord as well.
