Trebizond offers a royal marriage. King Vakhtang IV declines. The idea is to hope Trebizond is still a functioning kingdom in five years so we may conquer them.

Our agent was discovered fabricating his claim. Our efforts will continue, but reputation will suffer.

Our diplomat returns to Kartli, his claim for Adyghe completed.
We gain 5 prestige (9) and 25 military power.
As such we now have a Casus Belli against Circassia for Adyghe.

Georgia has 11,000 troops to Circassia's 5,000.
The 1st Army heads into the capital province of Circassia, while the 2nd Army heads to Alania.

Circassia's army is easily dealt with. The 1st Army splits into three separate units to begin siege on all of Circassia's provinces.

Noble families were the bulwarks of power during these times. Assassination of a powerful house leader was seen as a critical blow to those families' fortunes. With the rise of religious strife, assassinations of rival religion's nobles became increasingly common.
King Vakhtang IV, concerned more with his war against the Circassians, has told the nobles to solve the issues themselves.

The Church has gathered in a great Synod, they are asking for our support and certain priveleges in return for helping fight anti-feudal heresies that are stalking our lands. Do we help the Church to keep the people in their place, or do we support these movements to break up the old Feudal order?
King Vakhtang IV alerts the Synod that the Church is own their own.

High Chief Petrezok of Circassia has accepted the divine King Vakhtang IV's peace offer.
Circassia will cede Adyghe to Georgia.
Circassia will pay 53 ducats to Georgia.
