well, i'm down to 223.5
slow and steady loss is what i'm aiming for (better chance of keeping it off that way) so i'm happy. I hit a plateau for a while, where I wasn't weighing myself and wasn't increasing my cardio, but i'm back down onto my losing ways.
223.5 is prolly about halfway to where I want to be (right around 200), so that's great. Essentially 3 months (including the worst months of the year) to get down halfway is not bad.
