Well, I was really happy with everything this week. My eating was very good and I exercised a lot. I went out Friday night and was a bit more controlled. Anyway, I felt good going into the weigh-in and the results showed it:
Start: 221.5 lbs (5/27/08)
Last week: 208 lbs (7/22/08)
Current: 204 lbs (7/28/08)
Goal: 190 lbs (12/6/08)
I feel a big difference in my clothes, especially when I threw on some stuff I haven't worn since last winter. I think I'm going to have to add in more lifting as time goes on.
