yes, in the time frame...that round time frame was 12:00(or 10:00 for me)...only votes in that time frame, and only one per team count. First gets 3 points, second 2, third 1. GE voted at 11:59(9:59 to me) and doesnt qualify...then path and marathoner both voted, and since their the same team it cancels out
