I had 337K in chips, my opponent 155K. If i end up all in and lose here i'm down to about 180K. If I fold to his raise I have 270K. Of course his 40K raise doesn't mean much but he's pot committed at that point and basically may as well be all in.

After discussing this hand elsewhere the conclusion was reached that it is extremely unlikely that my opponent would have raised with a king on the flop there, and would have tried to get me to go all in for him if he had a hand that good. I likely folded the best hand and should have pushed on the flop. He may well have called with a jack.
