At the end of week 1 we see the following:

TE Glen Moland has been offered by Southern Utah University
LB Roy Hogbood-Chittick was offered from Maryland

At the end of Week 2:

TE Glen Moland now has offers from BYU, College of Eastern Utah, Southern Utah University and Utah State.

LB Roy Hobgood_Chittick now has offers from Duke, Maryland, Salt Lake Community College, Southern Methodist and Utah. He is going to trip to University of Utah.
