If anyone is looking for a game like Pandemic that might work a little better with kids I'd recommend
Forbidden Island. It's made by the same designer as Pandemic and meant to be a Pandemic-Lite. It uses a lot of the same game play mechanics and it's quite as complex but still a lot of fun. It's also at a great price, only $9.99 at Amazon right now. Co-op games like this are really great to play with, just as long as you're not playing with someone who needs to tell everyone what to do.
