There aren't many industrial areas left in town, by my design, but the last one is called
Silkwood. It's adjacent to Far North, the furthest point of Messier, wedged between Prime Minister Island (where no one lives) and the northeast of the city (The Dauphin/Milwaukie/Highland Estates) and to its west, we have Chauncey which is way more residential.
For now, the area endures as the lone industrial part of the city, but will it last?
