Only 6 days between weigh ins, but I'd like to start doing this Monday mornings.

Total loss: - 9.5 lbs
Still no diet changes, but I have been getting more exercise, and I am working to turn the new exercise regimen into a legitimate habit. That is by far the most important thing for me right now, though I am going to start drinking more water and less bad stuff this week.
