Well, a loss is a loss:

Stats
Starting weight (09/09/06): 194.4
Previous Weight (01/22/07): 190.0
Current Weight (01/29/07): 188.4
Total loss: - 6.0 lbs
Loss needed to reach desired goal: 63.4 lbs.

I've been plugging my weight on a calendar and have September 1st as the day I should reach my goal. That would be losing 2 lbs a week so we'll see. I went to the gym 3 times a week for half an hour and worked in 2 jogs of half an hour, so that went very well, but I keep late snacking and chips... those darn chips get me everytime.

Anyway, good job guys.
