If there was proof, it would already be out there by now. Not saying he's guilty because it's not out there yet, but I don't think the full story has even remotely been told yet.
And yes, that video can be presented as motive in Missouri and likely will be. And with the reports being that he shoved the officer into the back seat of his car, he demonstrated quite well in the video how he similarly shoved a figure of authority in the shop when challenged.
