Well, a little bit of water has passed under the bridge since I posted that update. From memory, we went back to the playoffs for the next three seasons as a wildcard each time but couldn't get over the hump. In a quest to see if I could rekindle the magic elsewhere, I went to Oakland, and managed to get the Bucs coach to come with me (off-contract) - Gruden in reverse? I cut the entire roster and tried to rebuild using the same affinity and chemistry ethos, and duly went 8-72 in five seasons before I was fired.
