I beliee the Trail was described as a roundabout way to the Cabin. From the Road we crossed a bridge to the woods towards the cabin. The trail was described as another way to the Cabin.
So I think the others should have arrived at the Cabin, possibly the Yard. Were those your own two options: The Woods or The Trail to the Cabin?
