Barrett Hays finished 2nd but will only be eligible for the Cup Series if he replaces Benton Gale. In 3rd was Coy Duke, he will only move up if he replaces Bo or Luke Duke. Rico Herky finished 4th but can only move up by replacing Hawk Grey or Chuck Long. The same for his teammate Nile Kinnick who finished 5th.
It looks like the Cup drivers lucked out this year as only 1 driver will be promoted to Cup. Kellen Killinger missed a promotion by only 1 point.
