Food choice-wise, quick service meals are perfectly fine since our daughter is more than happy to get by on corn dogs and chicken fingers, but I feel a little like she's still at the age where meeting some of the characters again might be still be cool for her.

Do you guys do full meals, or just quick service?

Also, 6 year old in a stroller, yes or no? I'll feel like a douche, but after 10 minutes at six flags, our daughter is already complaining about walking.

If you haven't done this before, if you're going Character dining, buy/bring an autograph book and have her collect autographs as they pass by. It'll be a different experience from the last time you sat and dined.
