I'll add... Tusker House in AK is a good character breakfast spot. You may be able to get into the park early to have breakfast there and then be ready to hit everything back in that corner right away when the park opens.

The safari at AK was a lot of fun but not sure about how young kids may enjoy it. I know I have always had fun on it.
