Overview

With the kids coming out of extremely hard training in Florida, the times for all the swimmers were well off their personal bests. Brett did manage to swim a 6 minute 500 Free, which is far from where he should be (he swam 5:40s in high school meets as a freshman and sophomore), but it is better than he swam earlier in the season. He also went a 1:11.06 in the breaststroke - immediately after swimming the 500 free. This is the 3rd fastest he's ever gone in the 100 breast, only beaten by his personal best swim earlier in the season at the Washington and Lee Invite, and by his opening 100 in the 200 breast at the same meet.
