Our new scout’s view of things:
QB Rex is not as good
DT Meadows - Still good, but not as much so
DE Kwan is not as much of a bust as we first thought
DT loverne is still solid but not as much so
C Wright is better
LB Tofoya is much better
CB Butch Evans is a lot, lot better.
Luckily, he’ s a RFA.
No moves with franchise tags
