Arizona Open - Final Round
Update 12
Hole 12
Doyle (E) – can’t get the long iron approach in close enough to challenge the pin with the putt. Might have been a lack of focus…settle for par
Frazier (E) – focus is on point and player birdies the hole (-1)
O’Peake (-3) – solid par
Hole 11
Storms (E) – solid par
Kowalski (-5) - solid par
Hole 10
Puller (-4) – 7 foot birdie putt looks good early but lips out
Dawson (-3) – solid par
Hole 9
Finch (-4) – up and down for par
Porter (-3) – drive catches a fairway bunker and the approach out of the sand is poor leading to bogey (-2)
Hole 8
Finley (-4) – solid par
Justyce (-5) – solid par
Hole 7
Babson (-5) – bunker shot snuggles inside 18 inches and putt is made for a par
Dorsey (-3) – solid par
Hole 6
Courtney (-5) - mashed drive and long iron in allow player to reach the green in two. A nifty putt converts the eagle (-7)
Vecchio (-7) – birdie bid is weak and player settles for par
Hole 5
Rhodes (-6) – solid par
Robie (-7) – solid par
Hole 4
Koekela (-6) – solid par
Hawkins (-9) – busts his drive and lays up – then approach is inside 5 feet and birdie is made (-10)
Hole 3
Fujita (-11) – solid par
Schaplowsky (-11) – Schaplowsky has nice speed on his birdie putt and it drops. And he one again takes the outright lead by himself (-12)
