I am spending 138.48
To prepare for war against Somalia at 85k, I order another 31k army, this time in West Africa, and I order my other West African army to return to Egypt

I can do that in my sleep, no need to upgrade there
Here’s my plan for Somalia – 3 93k armies in Egypt, 3 93K from Kilwa, 2 64k armies and 45k mercs from West African and Air, hopefully we’ll be able to squeeze them from three sides.
24 Mar – Borgu and Atakora cores done! They are not in a state
I make a state:
Atacora Oueme – 4 – Grain in Borgu; Slaves in Ketu; Tropical Wood in Atacora and Moshi

14 May – Bedde is cored! I don’t state it since it’s pretty rough with all of that Grain – Missionary sent
1 June – Relations maxed with Transoxiana I pull my diplomat
Rebellion in Borgu
5 July – Borgu falls
11 Aug – We lose to the rebels
26 Nov – We defeat the rebels
23 Dec – Borgu ours again!

Farm Estate for Grain in Joma, Djerba, Qusatinah
That leaves me 2447 for emergencies

Nice for defending against a soon to be war against Somalia
12 June – West Africa Army finished I am now paying monthly for army maintenance 193.03. That’s a big increase in cash spent.

11 Oct – Event – 11k rise up in Borgu or I get -10% Missionary there for 10 years, that’s where my western army is, so I choose the former

I’ll hold off until after the upcoming Kilwa war to declare it again with the new border
30 Dec – Malacca ruler dies, and so with it goes the Royal Marriage – we enter into another

I order in unclaimed states that are territories some forcelimit rising Conscription Centers that cost 420 each and then will increase by 2 each and then take a year to build. I have 7740 and my 15k mercs for south flank are ordered
