Punishment Inc has added a new fighter to their stable. This one is sure to make some waves. Bucky Mason known for his ability to develop young fighters and take others who were on the downward spiral and return them back on their way up has added another "project" fighter to the club.

Lightweight Melvin Horne, who you may remember lost a title match against Jorge Reynoso has been signed to Punishment Inc for a total of 5 fights. Horne is currently ranked #11 in the lightweight division and lost his last fight against Pernell Whitaker in dramatic fashion. Horne has a record of 9-8-0(8). He is known for his great natural ability, but many fear that his head is not in the game any longer.

Will the Bull be able to restore this title challenger back to the top of the division?
