If you live near an airport and need to make a bit of extra money on the side, Delta is using the app called Roadie to return late luggage in certain markets. You aren't going to get rich on any specific job, but if you can combine several bags in a similar direction the payout can be nice. All that is required is to download the app, and pass a quick background pull. Payout for a job takes about a week.
For example, 1 bag going 20 miles may only pay 10-15 bucks, but there may also be several bags headed that way. If you bid on multiple jobs you can usually get 3-4 which would probably pay 40-60bucks for an hour or so of work.
It's basically couch work, you can check the app from the couch and go do a few jobs, or you can do nothing if you're busy.
I usually write something like "i can pickup this job on 20 minutes and would also like jobs x&y&z. And will deliver them directly." the delta baggage people just want the stuff returned, so if you're nice you'll get work.
