The murder of a judge & several law enforcement personnel affects every life in the state.
As for the budget cuts, I've long favored the complete elimination of employer contributions to health care and as for the university system, I'd be shocked if there wasn't ample room to make cuts that should be made (whether those are the ones that
will be made is a different matter).
