I heard about this Saturday. I want to see video to see how long after the whistle the center snapped it before judging. I'm not sure I'd ever call delay of game when you technically have 2 minutes until play can resume, but I've definitely seen teams snap the ball and go for a practice kick after being iced when they clearly knew the play was dead.
