I've done a search for medallion of evil or anything of the like but to no avail. J23, Hoops give me firm thoughts and we'll make this thing work. I have good theories:
1- Wearer gets a specialty specific bonus
2- Fame bonus
OR
bad things
1- Cursed
2- Evil is attracted to that person
