Yes. The Jester could, though it would take a lot to happen for that but I have seen that happen. A lone serial killer or arsonist could.
Survivor would need many things to fall exactly right to win alone and that would take a game of rainbow to be honest.
Rainbow - a game with 2 town (jailer, veteran), 2 mafia (godfather, mafioso), 2 witches, 2 arsonists, 2 serial killers, 2 survivors, 2 amnesiacs and 1 random any. These games are INTENSE.... AND FUN!!!
