Oz (my cat) is my first cat. And he is one of the whiniest little terrors out there. As I type (staying home today), he's trying to crawl onto my computer keyboard and in the morning will nudge up against me and then anything else to get me up, and if that doesn't work, starts knocking things off my nightstand...
My old black lab was much more self-sufficient.
