After spending a lot of money improving it, I hand Algeciras to the Duke of Seville. I usurp the Emirate of Alexandira title, hand Buhairya to my second son, and then ive him teh DUke title. He's really good. He will have th Count f Gizeh and Al Alamayn under him, while I hold onto Alexandria. I then hand Toledo to the Duke of Toledo, because it's in the middle of Iberia, and there's rarely reason to build troops here.
