I order all of my non-mercenary troops to stand down and move my mercs to Corsica and a boat off Corsica. Mercs has a decent upkeep, but a stiff sticker price. What I intend to do is to use them against the HRE for my war for Sardinia. I'll look at Sinai later, after I've gotten everything in order.
The other reason I'm pushing Sardinia now is becuase I'm 61 and I lose my claims when I die on Arborea and Cagliari
In the meantime, i create the Duke fo Sinai title and hand everythign away

20 May = We are ready. I have troops of the coast of Cagliari and troops in Corsica ready to move in - I declare war against teh Holy Roman Empire.
29 May - We swept asidea mdest defense and began a siege in Cagliari
6 June - THe DUke of Alxandria uses this as a chance to declare wwar against me while I am distracted with the HRE. When I'm done here, I'll focus on him.
17 June - Modest victry in Arborea agains their minor forces and a siege beins
29 June - 1st holding of Cag is ours
8 July - #2 falls
19 July - #3 and 4 are ours and the province is with our flag right now
2 Seot - I combine my forces and take Arborea's 3 holdings

8 Sept - 9000 troops arrie in N Italy to begin taking land from the HRE
14 ept - Our troops from the islands have boarded my fleet - I carry them to another province to take it too
5 Oct - After crushing an army of 10000 Germans in Genoa, we begin a siege
27 Oct - I defeat my son's roops in Pelucia
29 Nv - I combined my armies to take ou a 16000 strong HRE force
Dec 15 - We crush their armies again
Jan 3, 1239 - We take Genoa on an assault
Jan 20 - And the next holding
Feb 15 And the next
Peace is offered for Sardinia and I accept
