I'm definitely of the computer/video game generation, but board/card games were big at my college and so finding a group for a game was never difficult and there were a couple spots (including the lounge on my floor my last 2 years) where you could pretty reliably count on a game to be found.
Now I'm in the same spot as Mustang where I don't have a group of people I can count on to play games with anymore.
