It turns out San Fernando at 6-8 can actually make it into a tiebreaker situation if they win all four of their games and every one of the following things goes exactly this way:

Canton goes at least 3-1, and their only loss can be to Tallahassee.
New York goes 0-4.
Willow City goes 0-4.
Big Inning goes 1-3 (beating Willow City).
Tallahassee beats Baltimore and loses to either Indianapolis or Canton.
Baltimore beats Willow City & New York, but loses to both Stamford and Tallahassee.

If that all goes down, we have the following records:

14-4: Canton (or 13-5)
10-8: New York, San Fernando
9-9: Willow City, Big Inning, Tallahassee, Baltimore
