And nobody is saying you
have to, which also gets lost in the shuffle whenever someone says some version of what we're saying (not here, but I see that overdone message a lot on, ironically, social media).
Just if you need to do it, or even want to do it, it's okay.
Hell, it's really the same message we probably oughta repeat more often without waiting for any sort of dramatic crisis: self-care is okay. Do what you need to do for yourself.
It's okay to be on whatever platform as much as you want if you need that.
It's okay to be off whatever platform as much as you want if you need that.
