Crap, I was measured today at Curves and I gained weight and inches. 2 lbs, 1 inch on my hips (butt) and half an inch on my tummy.
Grrr
I went from being dissapointed to upset. No excuses I know what I did and hell, I sabotaged myself again.
Alright, clean slate. I made mistakes but they're correctable. Good thing is that my workouts have been on track.
EDIT to add: I get measured once a month so 2 lbs. and 1 inch ain't all that bad.
