This week I've bought a
kitchen scale and have been monitoring everything I eat. Usually, it's around 1800-2000 calories. I've still had trouble to find time for 5/6 meals, but have been having 4 meals (eating less at lunch & dinner).
I've now been to the gym 7 straight days. Rock, Rock On!
