Mine are very similar. Always a little moist. Use butter, pinch of cheese, no milk. They are a big hit.
I also do a really good Southwest chili. Secret is the Fiesta Ranch Dip packet I put in. Do a nice Shepherd's Pie too. I am the main cook. My wife does desserts.
