A few rules changes heading into 1984.

1) Starting in week 9, A home team with a losing record does not get the extra card.

2) I always draw 10 cards, in an instance where a team has a 1 card advantage it can pick from either of the last two cards to add to it's score. In 1983 I just looked at the 9th card in these situations.

3) Week one is not a clean slate. Advantages will be based on last years final standings.

The idea is to softly nudge teams towards have and have nots, which is how I enjoy my fictional games.
