It seems pretty obvious that there's a market for this sort of thing. Every fast food joint is either testing or developing an offering, same for all the fast casual players. The market might turn out to be smaller than it seems right at this moment, but I think this is a one way street. We're not going to see all this just fold up and disappear after the "fad" wanes... it's here for good. And one there are easy-to-find offerings all over the place, a share of reluctant plant-based-curious will find it easier to try or commit to.
