The Georgian Conquest of Konya
Following in the footsteps of his father, King Erekle finished off a very successful first campaign against the Ottomans. A long truce, sandwiched with a very successful war against Qara Qoyunlu, leads the 25 year old king to another potential war with Ottomans. Their peace treaty ended in 1619 and the Ottomans are allies with Tunis and Georgia's own historically long-term rival Golden Horde.
Boasting a stronger military and navy than both rival countries combined, King Erekle has ordered his 2nd and 3rd Armies to the Ottoman border, while the 1st Army camps in Sarai along the Golden Horde border.
There are two goals here: take as much Ottoman land as possible. Complete our mission to take Buzuluk from Golden Horde.
Spain, Commonwealth and Wallachia are all interested in coming to Georgian aid in this new conflict and conquest.
