MONDAY OFF OFF
TUESDAY chest/triceps Tempo 60 Minutes
WEDNESDAY OFF Slow 45-60 Minutes
THURSDAY back/biceps OFF
FRIDAY OFF Intervals
SATURDAY legs/shoulders OFF
SUNDAY OFF Long Slow
