26 February, 1687 – Protesting our annexation of Malacca, Atjeh declares war against us. Austria joins us. Brunei and Sulu join Atjeh.
19 March, 1687 – We fail to convert the people in Kastamon.
30 March, 1687 – Caracas expands, I order more colonists.
A Brunei forces arrives at Sabah and begins a siege.
16 April, 1687 – Khorat is captured by Atjeh.
28 April, 1687 – One of our admittedly smaller armies arrives at Lampang and captures it (no fort). I order them deeper into the island.
4 May, 1687 – I decline an alliance offer from Maya.
8 May, 1687 – We fail to set up a colony in Essequibo.
16 May, 1687 – I drive Brunei out of their capital and capture their capital.
21 May, 1687 – I accept peace with Brunei. They renounce their claims on Banjarmasin and Sabah and gave us 9 ducats. I really didn’t want to be at war with them, so that’s fine by me.
24 May, 1687 – Atjeh captures Siem Reap.
1 June, 1687 – Rebels arrive in Thang Long and capture it.
4 June, 1687 – Surabaya expands and I send more colonists. My army captured Palembang. I order them up the island.
5 June, 1687 – Atjeh troops attack and kill my rebels in Thang Long after they move into Atjeh territory. Thanks Atjeh!
15 June, 1687 – We captured the capital of Atjeh with my Jaffnan army. I move them down the island.
20 June, 1687 – We win a minor battle and capture the province of Udong.
30 June, 1687 – Panduranga has been captured by Atjeh.
1 July, 1687 – We captured Sulu.
20 July, 1687 – We capture Aru
23 July, 1687 – We capture Benkulen
1 August, 1687 – Atjeh troops arrive in prey Nokor and begin a siege.
2 August, 1687 – We recapture Siem Reap.
3 August, 1687 – Sulu agrees to be our vassal.
25 August, 1687 – We captured another Atjeh province too big to spell.
28 August, 1687 – Captured Vijaya
31 August, 1687 – We captured Siak and recapture Panduranga
23 September, 1687 – We defeated their troops at Rayong and capture it
25 September, 1687 – We captured the island of Riau.
27 September, 1687 – Atjeh accepts peace for four provinces:
